At Alice Magic Party, each product is fully customized and handcrafted using the photos and information provided by you. Because these are personalized digital products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed.
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Personalized digital products.
- Customer’s change of mind.
- Errors in the information provided by the customer (names, ages, dates, photos, etc.).
Minor Corrections:
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If an error occurs due to our design work (for example, a mistake in applying the provided data), we will review and correct the design at no additional cost within a reasonable time after the initial delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all information before submitting the order, and to verify the final design upon delivery.
