How the Animation Process Works
For animated invitations, we first create the personalized character design using your child’s photo. Once the design is ready, we send it to you for review.
After approval, we create the animated version. We may use AI-assisted tools to help generate movement and visual effects, then carefully review the result and work to keep your child’s appearance as close as possible to the approved design.

Here are the answers to some of the questions families ask us most often.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, front-facing photo gives the best result. Your child’s head should be straight toward the camera, with both ears visible about equally. Good natural lighting, a visible neck and some distance between your child and the camera are also helpful.
Can I use a photo taken with my phone?
Absolutely. You do not need a professional camera. A clear phone photo with good lighting and the right angle can work perfectly.
What happens if my photo isn’t suitable?
If we think another photo would give you a noticeably better result, we’ll let you know. Whenever possible, we’ll explain what needs to change so taking a new photo is easy.
Will I see my design before receiving the final file?
Yes. For personalized orders, we send you a proof so you can review the design and personalization before we prepare the final files.
Can I request changes?
Yes. If a reasonable adjustment is needed after reviewing your proof, let us know and we’ll work with you before completing the final files.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most personalized orders are ready within 24 hours after we receive the photo and information required to create your design. Rush service may also be available if you need your order sooner.
Will anything be shipped to my home?
No. Our products are digital only. You receive digital files that you can print yourself, take to a local print shop or share online depending on the product.
What file formats will I receive?
The format depends on the product. Printable designs are generally supplied as high-resolution JPG and/or PDF files in the appropriate dimensions. Video invitations are supplied as digital video files.
Where can I print my personalized design?
You can print at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service. Because we provide the digital file, you can choose whichever printing option is most convenient for you.
Can you create my design in another language?
Yes. We can personalize text in different languages, and our video invitations can also be created with text and audio in different languages. Just tell us what you need when placing your order.
Do you use AI?
