Hi! We’re María and Jesús, the designers behind Alice Magic Party. What started with playful photo edits of our daughter, Alicia, grew into a family business creating personalized birthday designs for families around the world.

It All Started With Alicia
Before Alice Magic Party was a shop, it was simply something we loved doing for our own daughter.
We started creating fun photo edits of Alicia when she was a baby, placing her into imaginative scenes and turning ordinary photos into little keepsakes for our family. We loved seeing her become part of the story rather than simply adding her name to a template.
Those first designs eventually became the idea behind Alice Magic Party. Even the name has its roots at home, inspired by Alicia and by the sense of imagination that started everything.
Today, we use that same idea for every family we work with: your child should feel like the main character of their celebration.

Designed With Care Around Your Child
For our personalized artwork, invitations, welcome signs and party printables, your child’s photo is carefully edited and integrated by hand. We do not use AI to generate or replace your child’s face in these designs.
For animated video invitations, we first create the personalized character design and then may use AI-assisted tools to help create movement and visual effects. We carefully review the animation and work to keep your child’s appearance as close as possible to the approved design.
Because your child should still look like your child. Our priority is a result that feels personal and recognizable, not a generic face placed into a birthday theme.

Alice Magic Party may be our independent home today, but our experience creating personalized party designs began long before this website.
Before opening our own store, our designs were part of more than 7,000 orders through our previous Etsy shop. That experience taught us what families value most: clear communication, careful personalization, fast turnaround and knowing that someone is actually paying attention to the little details.
Today we bring that experience directly to Alice Magic Party, where we can continue developing new ideas, creating personalized designs and working more closely with the families who choose us for their celebrations.

Who creates my personalized design?
Your order is handled by our small family design studio. We personally prepare, review and adjust personalized designs rather than sending your order through an automatic personalization system.
How fast will I receive my design?
Most personalized orders are ready within 24 hours after we receive the photo and information needed to create the design. Rush options may also be available when you need your order sooner.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, front-facing photo works best. Ideally, your child should be looking straight toward the camera, with the head upright and both ears visible about equally. Good natural light and a little distance from the camera also help us achieve a more natural result.
Do you use AI for personalized designs?
For our static personalized artwork, invitations, signs and party printables, we manually integrate your child’s real photo and do not use AI to generate or replace their face.
Some animated video invitations may use AI-assisted tools for movement and visual effects after the personalized character design has been created. We review the result carefully and aim to preserve your child’s real appearance as closely as possible.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. Our products are digital. Your final files are delivered electronically, so you can print them locally, print at home or share them online depending on the product.
Can you create designs in different languages?
Yes. Personalized text can be created in different languages, and our video invitations can also be adapted with text and audio in different languages. If you need a specific language, simply let us know when ordering.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. For personalized orders, we send the design for review and can make reasonable adjustments when needed before completing the final files.
