We offer fully customized digital products, handcrafted using the information and photos provided by the customer. Products are delivered exclusively in digital format (high-resolution JPEG), ready for printing. No physical items are shipped.
2. Personalization Process
After placing your order, we will contact you via email to request the necessary photos and personalization details.
The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after receiving all required information.
Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos and verifying the accuracy of the submitted details.
3. Product Delivery
The final product will be delivered as a digital downloadable file.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the design upon receipt.
We are not responsible for printing errors made by third-party print providers or incorrect print settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the property of Alice Magic Party.
The customer receives a personal-use license for the digital file.
Reselling, distributing, sharing, or using the designs for commercial purposes or mass reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases of errors attributable to our work, as specified in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, damages, or any harm related to the use of the product.
Products are intended for personal and decorative purposes only.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
