How fast do you reply to messages?
We usually reply in under 24 hours (business days). If you’re on a tight deadline, tell us your event date and we’ll help as fast as possible.
Can I request a custom theme?
Yes! Send us the theme you want (and any inspiration images or colors). We can usually create a custom design quickly.
What do you need from me to personalize my order?
We’ll need your child’s name, age, party details (date/time/location if applicable), and a clear photo. Phone photos are totally fine.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — we include unlimited revisions to make sure everything looks perfect (spelling, party details, sizing, and small design tweaks).
What will I receive after I order?
You’ll receive print-ready digital files (JPG/PDF) sized for your product (for example, a 5×7 invitation). Great for printing or sharing online.
Do you use Canva templates or AI?
No. Our designs are hand-edited by real designers for a clean, premium look — not AI-generated and not Canva templates.
