Shipping Policy

At Alice Magic Party, all of our products are delivered in digital format. We do not ship physical items.
1. Product Delivery
Once the order is confirmed and all required photos and personalization details have been received, the customized product will be delivered via email or downloadable link.
The usual delivery timeframe is 24 to 48 hours, depending on the design processing time.
2. Delivery Format
Files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format (300 DPI), ready for printing.
Customers are responsible for downloading and properly storing the file upon delivery.
3. No Physical Shipping
No physical items will be shipped by mail or courier.
As these are digital products, there are no shipping costs.
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital file within the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can verify and resend the file if necessary.
