What will I receive?
You’ll receive personalized high-resolution JPG and PDF files at 300 DPI featuring your child’s photo, name and age in a colorful Ninja Turtles-inspired birthday design. The welcome sign uses a vertical 2:3 ratio and can be printed at 12×18, 16×24, 20×30 or 24×36 inches.

Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital product only. Nothing physical will be shipped. You’ll receive high-resolution digital files ready for printing.

What sizes are available?
The standard welcome sign uses a vertical 2:3 ratio and can be printed at 12×18, 16×24, 20×30 or 24×36 inches without changing the composition. If you need another ratio or custom size, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

How is my child’s photo personalized?
Your child’s photo is professionally hand-integrated into the Ninja Turtles-inspired artwork in Photoshop. We carefully adjust placement, proportions, skin tone, lighting and shadows to create a natural and polished result.

How quickly will I receive my file?
Within 24 hours after we receive your child’s photo and personalization details. Many orders are completed even sooner.

Can I request small changes?
Short text adjustments or minor layout changes may be possible depending on the design. For significant changes, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Can I print the welcome sign at home?
Smaller personal copies may be possible if your printer supports the required paper size. For larger formats such as 20×30 or 24×36 inches, we recommend professional printing.

Will I see the welcome sign before receiving the final files?
Yes. We’ll provide a preview so you can review the photo integration, name, age and wording before the final high-resolution files are prepared.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo taken at eye level works best. Ideally, the full head and neck should be visible, with good natural lighting and a little distance from the camera. Avoid close-up selfies, strong angles, blur or heavy shadows. The background doesn’t matter — we’ll remove it during the editing process.

Can I add a Ninja Turtles-inspired welcome message?
Yes. You can include a short ninja or pizza-inspired message in addition to your child’s name and age. If the text is especially long or requires major layout changes, please contact us before ordering.

What makes this welcome sign Ninja Turtles-inspired?
The artwork combines colorful ninja styling, urban sewer-inspired details and playful action elements to create a fun Ninja Turtles birthday atmosphere while keeping your child as the personalized star of the design.

Do you recommend a professional printing service?
Yes — we recommend Prints of Love for professional-quality posters and welcome signs with quick delivery and stress-free ordering.
