FAQ – Super Mario Galaxy & Yoshi Welcome Sign

What will I receive?
You’ll receive a personalized vertical Super Mario Galaxy & Yoshi welcome sign featuring your child’s photo, name and age. Final files are delivered as high-resolution JPG and PDF files at 300 DPI.

Is this a physical product?
No. This is a personalized digital product only. Nothing physical will be shipped.

What sizes can I print the welcome sign?
The design uses a vertical 2:3 ratio and is compatible with 12×18, 16×24, 20×30 and 24×36 inch printing.

Can I request another size or ratio?
If you need another size or ratio, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

How do I send my child’s photo and personalization details?
Enter your child’s name and age and upload a clear photo using the personalization form on this page before adding the welcome sign to your cart.

How is my child’s photo added to the design?
Your child’s photo is professionally hand-integrated into the Super Mario Galaxy & Yoshi artwork in Photoshop, with careful attention to facial features, proportions, skin tone, lighting and shadows for a natural and polished finish.

What type of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo taken at eye level works best. Ideally, the full head and neck should be visible, with good natural lighting and a little distance from the camera. Avoid close-up selfies, strong angles, blur or heavy shadows. The background doesn’t matter — we’ll remove it during the editing process.

Can I add a short message to the sign?
Yes. In addition to your child’s name and age, you can request a short birthday message as long as it fits the layout.

Can this welcome sign be created for twins or siblings?
It may be possible depending on the layout and number of photos required. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether this specific design can accommodate twins or siblings and whether any additional work is needed.

Can I request design changes?
Minor adjustments may be possible depending on the request. Please contact us before ordering if you need significant changes to the colors, artwork or composition.
